Damaged, Incorrect, or Lost ItemsIf your
order arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or goes missing in transit, we'll make it right no return required.Simply reach out to us at Hey@solaglow.com and include a photo or short video showing the issue. Once we've reviewed your message, we'll offer you a refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer.
Change of Mind or Unwanted Items
Because we ship worldwide and international shipping costs are non-refundable, we're unable to offer a full refund for change-of-mind returns. We appreciate your understanding on this.That said, you're always welcome to return the item to yourself for resale or personal use it's yours to do with as you wish.
How to Return an Item
eturns are accepted within14 daysof receiving your order. After this period, we're unable to process returns.To start a return, please contact us at Hey@solaglow.com before sending anything back.
A few important notes for returns:
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility, including any customs clearance fees.
- Please use a shipping method that does not require the recipient to handle customs clearance on arrival. Our warehouse is unable to receive packages sent via such methods, and they will be returned to you.
